My son and I decided to buy an apartment in Hurgada. I took upon searching for the real estate agency and making choice of the apartment. Browsing the web took me about a week. And I found Akar Real Estate site, started to look through the offers, read articles posted on the site. I liked one of the flats in Hadaba district and had the of “Siberian Tower-1” which is quite intriguing for Egypt. Looked through the photographs and videos and realized that it was exactly what I was searching for. I showed it to my son. He also loved the house itself, its layout, and the samples of finishing. Straight away, I contacted Anastasia Osama via Skype. It was very nice to talk to a friendly advisor. Anastasia explained me everything and after the ordinary touristic procedures, my son went to Egypt. There, he was met, showed around, and assisted in transferring money from Russia and formalizing the purchase. But after that… After that, I liked another flat (in the same house!). Very embarrassed, I addressed Anastasia and was pleasantly surprised when she managed the issue of buying another flat. Without any day of delay in setting this matter. Within a week, with Anastasia Osama’s assistance, we got all the documents ready and bought a wonderful flat in Hurgada. My son saw the flat. He viewed it to his satisfaction with both the layout and the location. Indeed, why did we choose Egypt? Well, first of all, this country is well-known to the Russian people only as a holiday destination at the sea-side and for its excursions to Giza, to pyramids or some of the ancient Egyptian temples. But Egypt is something more than this. You may live here all your life but you cannot get to know this country till the end. Moreover, according to my balneologist, the climate conditions of the Red Sea coast are favorable for curing of such diseases as arthritis, rheumatism, and some skin diseases. This is worth a lot.
