I was on a vacation in Hurgada a great many of times (18!!!) and really fell in love with this country, this marvelous sea, eternal summertime, and nice people. This year a friend of mine bought a flat in Hurgada. For her, it was not a quick decision, preceded by years of thinking and hesitation. But as soon as I saw my friend’s flat, I came home to the Far North, opened the web-site, contacted delightful Nastia, asked her an incredible number of questions, got patient answers to all of them (although I could read everything on the web-site, I did not know that at that moment), and…. After three days I booked a flat in “Siberia Tower-3”!!!

I did this because I did not find any drawbacks in the given answers, only advantages: payment by instalments, annual maintenance service, and the house location is by the sea-side and near the downtown. Now I am eager to receive the progress reports and, of course, I am waiting for the early commissioning of the house building as I am very delighted by my quite spontaneous decision to purchase real property in Hurgada!!! My advice to everybody who wishes to follow my decision – join me!!! These are a reliable developer, reputable bank, trustworthy people who can always help with a piece of advice, partnership, and real aid!!!
