Akar Real Estate assists customers in registering electric meters  who have purchased apartments in Hurghada through our agency.

The Egyptian Electricity Company will require you to provide:

1) A copy of a general permition of electricity use at your building or complex

2) Sale contract of your apartment in Hurghada (copy and original).

Important!

(There are two types of contracts - with permission to register electricity meters on your name and without such permission )

3) Valid visa.

4) A copy of 1st page of your passport  and a copy of a page with the last visa.

The Egyptian Electricity Company will provide you with a receipt and meter number.
