We present a new unique project from the famous company AKA Group International.

AKA International was founded in 1972 by Ali Khalil, at that time he lived in Canada, owning a chain of famous restaurants. Later, in 1986, AKA was established as a holding company in Egypt.

Since then, AKA has grown over the years into a multidisciplinary company. The group consists of four main sectors: Tourism and Hospitality, Real Estate and Construction, Commerce and Duty Free, Management and Services.

The company's first projects were the Princess Palace Club and Friendship Village hotels, both located on Mamsha (Tourist Promenade - Golden Mile).

 AKA has also completed its successful, major residential project, EL Hambra. EL Hambra is a residential complex with 400 apartments, which is also located in the center of the Tourist Promenade of EL Mamsha.

The Princess Palace Club and Friendship Village hotels were demolished in late 2018.  And now the Princess Resort complex is under construction.
