For the finished Siberian Tower 3, the developer offers interest-free installments for a year, with a down payment of 35%, the balance of 65% in equal payments once a month or once every 3 months. You will receive the keys immediately after the downpayment. The Siberian Tower 5 under construction has a system - 30% down payment. And the balance is 70% in equal installments once a month or every 3 months  for a period of 1.5 years. Here you will receive the keys immediately upon  delivery of the complex. Maintenance Prices: 

Developer Red Sea Way has switched to a new system of payment for the service is 700 Egyptian pounds per sq.m. Life-time deposit.
