When purchasing property in Hurghada, there will be additional costs, which we will explain in detail. These are not large amounts, but you need to be aware of this before making a deal.

1. Registration of the contract in court (can be done at any time after the purchase).

The cost is 650 dollars.

2. Registration of electric meters (can be done at any time after purchase).

The registration fee is $350.

3. Green contract registration (optional, can be done at any time after purchase).

The cost of registration is from 1000 USD.

4. Installation of electric meters.

The cost depends on the project in which you buy an apartment. On average, from 200 dollars and up to 500 dollars.

5. Annual fee for the maintenance of the house.

The cost depends on the project in which you take  buy an apartment. On average, from 100 dollars and up to 1000 dollars, or payment of a lifetime fee (on average 10% of the apartment price)

In the future, you will need to pay annually for house maintenance and utility payments for electricity and water.
