What apartments do we take for rent?

What will be my expenses?
Mandatory expenses are divided 50 to 50 between the landlord and the agency:

- Small household repairs (replacing freons in air conditioners, minor breakdowns, lamps, etc.)
Approximate expenses monthly (you share these expenses in half with the agency):
Approximate calculation: 20 $ Electricity + $ 20 water + $ 40 (the maximum number of cleanings per month) + $ 20 (the maximum number of laundry per month) + $ 10 (cleaning products) = $ 110/2 (we divide in half) = $ 55 monthly (maximum). The costs that the owner pays himself:

The owner has to understand that during the rental period there will be some damage of furniture and equipment.
When will you receive your money?
Payments are made by mutual agreement once every 1-3 months by Western Union transfer system (transfer fee is charged entirely from the owner’s profit)
You can collect cash at the company’s office (most profitable, there is no transfer fee).
How is rental control going?
We provide you with a link to his property published on international rental resources, where hyou can see the pricing policy and occupancy of the apartment.
The owner of the apartment will have a personal account (google drive) where he will be able to see reports on done reservations and the amounts received from tenants. Costs of servicing the apartment will be available in the personal account.
What is duration of apartment management agreement?
The rental agreement duration is for 6 months
During the term of the contract, the owner cannot independently look for tenants.
If the owner plans to stay in his apartment, he is obliged to notify about this at least 3 months before arrival.
